SKOP would like to invite you, to participate in a business breakfast on Wednesday 6th September 2017 at The Palace, Sliema between 8:30 and 10:30 am.
SKOP is the national platform of NGOs working in the field of international development and humanitarian aid. It is also involved in raising awareness about development issues and Agenda 2030 under the project ‘Educating for Change’ (E4C). Agenda 2030 aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals Development (SDGs).
In conjunction with Malta’s Presidency of the EU, SKOP is managing a project called Educating for Change. This project is financed by DG Devco and co-financed by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion.
One of the outcomes of the project is enhanced collaboration between NGOs and Local Councils. The Business Breakfast aims to show that collaboration does happen and there is room for further collaboration.

- The importance of SDGs at Local Level – George Said, Director, Sustainable Development Directorate
- Case studies – SOS and Kopin
- Input by Hon Minister Carmelo Abela, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion
