After a call issued by MCVS to support Voluntary Organisations, three Web Design Companies have offered their services with a discounted rate to Voluntary Organisations enrolled with the Commissioner for VO’s. These companies are offering to set up a basic web site according to Web Design for VO’s Specifications provided by MCVS. The quoted prices are strictly indicative of these specifications and any fundamental variations need to be agreed upon with the web designers.
1. CYBERSPACE Solutions Ltd.
Are willing to produce websites for 650euro (one time fee) + an annual fee of 125eur for website hosting and domain registration (20 euro extra charge for.com.mt domains). Hosting fee also includes basic back end maintenance.
Website updates/changes etc. will be charged at a discounted rate of 20 eur/hour. Art work creations will be charged at an agreed cost according to the item. All content should be provided to web designers in soft copy.
WordPress training session can also be setup to get the users acquainted with the system.

3. K CUTAJAR IT Services
Price for website: Eur 450(one time fee) + Eur 100 annually for domain registration and website hosting. For .com.mt domains, we are charging an extra Eur 20.
Site consists of the actual web-design and development of the site (can be either developed using commercial technologies or otherwise any CMS which the user may be familiar with). Also included in the price is a 1 Year Full Maintenance Agreement where the user will have a number of hours free of updates and maintenance. Hours spent more than the maintenance agreement will be charged at Eur 20 per hour.

4. STORM Design
