The Qualitative and Quantitative Research Study on Volunteers and Voluntary Organisations in Malta should address and evaluate the following issues:
Social Impact
- Number of VO’s enrolled with the Commissioner for VOs
- Number of VO’s not-enrolled with the Commissioner for VOs
- Areas of Operation by the Sector
- Number of Volunteers in each Sector
- Number of paid Staff in each Sector
Financial Impact
- Salary costs for paid staff
- Collection from public/fundraising
- Up take of Public Funds
- Uptake of EU Funds
- Generation of funds through own operation
General Public
- Participation including number persons and average number of hours per person
- Financial contribution
