Burn-Out and Self-Care When Working with Persons Affected by GBV/DV – organised by LGBTI+ Gozo

LGBTI+ Gozo and the Richmond Foundation will be leading a workshop and training at Queen Mary University, designed for first responders, medical professionals, and students, on how to navigate burn-out and self-care when working with persons affected by gender-based violence and domestic violence.

The session will combine evidence-based strategies with practical tools to help participants build resilience, foster emotional well-being, and maintain healthy boundaries in their professional environments.

All professionals working within the mental and physical health sectors are welcome to attend. This training is part of ‘Safe Spaces Strong Voices: Art for Empowerment’ led by LGBTI+ Gozo and funded by the Commission for Gender-based Violence and Domestic Violence under the Together We Empower initiative
