The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) has launched a consultation process on its draft Vision Towards 2030 Strategic Plan, which sets out the College’s direction for the coming years. This plan outlines MCAST’s role in strengthening Malta’s education and skills ecosystem, supporting national priorities, and contributing to wider social, economic, and environmental goals.

As a key stakeholder in Malta’s development, your perspective is invaluable. The strategy aims to align closely with national frameworks, including Envision 2050, the National Employment Policy 2021–2030, the Malta Education Strategy 2024–2030, the Malta Digitali Strategy, and the National Energy and Climate Plan. To ensure that our objectives and actions are relevant, ambitious, and achievable, we are inviting your feedback. Your feedback will help ensure that the strategy is both meaningful and practical, supporting not only the College’s long-term goals but also your day-to-day work and professional development. All responses will be taken in confidence and will directly inform the refinement of the final strategy.
