Arts Council Malta is promoting “Right to Culture

if you can share with your communities and encourage the idea to work with local filmmakers as mentors to produce maybe a ‘short film’ that is produced and acted with the communities themselves (could also be animation and stop motion)
This is a great initiative and funding is available – maximum grant is €30,000.
