The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector is collaborating with Jonathan Brincat to deliver free training in AI Basics. This training is for beginners, giving you an overview of current AI tools and how these can be applied to enhance communication and organisational practices at your VO.

Content:

• Introduction to AI – what is it and how does it work?
• AI in action – exploring examples of AI in use that are relevant to voluntary organisations
• AI for communication – social media, newsletters, emails etc. 
• AI for organisation – scheduling, task automation etc.
• Ethical and safe use of AI

Dates and times:

Part 1 – Weds,15th April; 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Part 2 – Weds, 22nd April; 5:30pm – 8:30pm

Location: These sessions will be held ONLINE via Zoom

• The deadline to submit your registration is 12pm on the 10th April, 2026. – Update 07/04/2026: this training is now fully-booked!
• Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers, however each participant needs to submit their individual registration form with their personal details. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to secure a spot.
