This important training will give an introduction to data protection and support you to ensure that your VO is compliant with the current GDPR framework. Find further details and how to apply below.

- Introduction to data protection and GDPR including key definitions and principles
- Identifying lawful bases for data processing within your organisation
- Learn to develop compliant privacy notices, consent forms, and retention procedures.
- Understand the importance of data security and breach reporting obligations.
- Apply GDPR concepts through practical case studies relevant to the voluntary sector

The deadline to submit your registration is 12pm on Monday 15th June.
Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of two volunteers, however each participant is to submit their own registration form with their personal details. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to secure your spot.
