We are collaborating with Sharon Attard De Giovanni of Victim Support Malta to deliver training in Volunteer Management and HR processes. This training will support you with strategies to effectively recruit, train, and retain volunteers, and also explore best practices for managing volunteer relationships.

·        The role of the volunteer within VOs: understanding volunteer motivation and aligning this with the needs of the organisation.

·        Onboarding volunteers: exploring avenues to reach out to passionate volunteers whose values and principles are in line with those of the voluntary organisation

·        Keeping volunteers engaged and supported

·        Learning for volunteers

 Part One -19th May, 5:30pm – 8:00pm

 Part Two -26th May, 5:30pm – 8:00pm  

Location: These sessions will be held ONLINE via Zoom.

Important Info

• The deadline to submit your registration is 12pm on the 18th May, 2026.
• Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers, however each participant is to submit their own registration form with their personal details. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants, so we encourage you to submit you applications as soon as possible to secure your spot.
