A new opportunity has arisen for volunteers! A lucky Volunteer will have the opportunity to be involved in a job shadowing experience with a Member of European Parliament in 2025.

This activity is part of the CEV operating grant project “Volunteering, Equality, Rights and Action” (VERA). It will enable an MEP to spend a number of hours shadowing the chosen volunteer in their home country and for the volunteer to shadow the MEP in the European Parliament in Brussels or in their office in the home country.

In this way the MEP will gain a deeper understanding of the crucial role, contribution and impact generated by volunteers as well as sending a crucial message to volunteers that they are essential for the European Project and a daily realisation of European Values and the volunteer will have the opportunity to learn more about the work and role of the MEPs which is so important.

To participate you must be part of a Voluntary Organisation and you must be 18 years or older.

Deadline to submit your interest is Friday 21st March 2025. An evaluation process will be carried out by MCVS.
