As established under the framework of the Sports Governance and Integrity Act (Chapter 626 of the Laws of Malta), sport organisations are required to be registered with the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport (AIMS) in order to be eligible to benefit from public funding and/or sponsorship.
This requirement applies to all MCVS assessment processes relating to grants, funding, sponsorships, partnerships, facility use agreements, or any other form of public support involving public resources.
With immediate effect, sport voluntary organisations must also be registered with the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport (AIMS) in order to be considered eligible accordingly.
