The Green Social Prescribing pilot will run for six months at intervals, engaging up to 30 participants living with cancer in light gardening activities at community gardens in Floriana. A multidisciplinary team, including a healthcare practitioner, will provide guidance, support, and wellbeing monitoring throughout.
