We are pleased to have hosted the SPACE Community of Practice (CoP) Launch Event in Malta on the 17th of April 2026.
This important milestone brought together project partners, practitioners, and stakeholders from across Europe to initiate a collaborative process focused on knowledge sharing, peer learning, and the sustainability of project outcomes. The event provided a valuable platform to exchange ideas, gather expert input, and shape the upcoming CoP sessions in relation to Social Prescribing through volunteering.
Through this initiative, we strengthen engagement in social prescribing and civic participation, fostering meaningful partnerships and supporting long-term impact.
