1. The Association shall have the following Mission Statement
To promote cultural, social and personal skills across the EU through the exchange of sharing learning and experience in various sectors of society

2. The objectives of the Association shall be the following:
a. To provide the space for sharing learning and experiences between Maltese and Italian citizens;
b. To organise training courses to promote the culture of the two countries;
c. To organise placements for Italians and Maltese to enhance their skills.
d. To support persons who are on a placement either in Malta or in Italy;
e. To create projects related to learning and experience sharing in view of upskilling;
f. To assist persons through mentoring, coaching and counselling persons who are unemployed;
g. To assist organisations and their personnel to gain various experiences across Europe.
