The Franciscan Fraternity of the Sacro Cuor Parish, Sliema, which forms part of the Maltese Franciscan Province of St Paul the Apostle, with the approval of Minister Provincial and his Council, established the Association with the specific aim of maintaining its property, mainly the Sanctuary, the Friary and all other property belonging to the said Maltese Franciscan Province, in the Sacro Cuor, Parish, Sliema.
