The aims of the Foundation are focused on the education, culture, art of the Maltese Patrimony and are focused on
a) establishing a museum focus on arts and culture, and art exhibition
b) offers facilities for the promotion of education, culture and art to the general public through organising meetings and activities where there is an interaction between artists and the general public
c) to promote, organise and administer projects with the aim of restoration, conservation and protection of the Priory and Church of St Mark Rabat
d) to administer projects and finance projects that its aim is the restoration, preservation, conservation and protection of artefacts
e) to facilitate the gestation (directly or not) of museum
f) to do what is all possible for the advancement and dissemination of the Augustinian culture.
