Paul Mifsud was born and lives in Mellieħa. His main occupation was with the Public Service and finished his working career as Director Human Resources and Support Service at the National Statistics Office. Represented the N.S.O. and attended conferences, workshops, seminars at Eurostat and in other countries. Engaged as an advisor after his retirement with the Ministry for Finance. Pensioner. Formed part of the Ethics Commission of The Malta Band Clubs Association. Elected and still occupying the position of  President of La Vittoria Band Club – Mellieħa since 2009 .
