The circular mobility of qualified young people and the processes of internationalization and consolidation of innovative SMEs on both sides of cross-border territories.
Asymmetries and complementarities
The success of the project is based on the ability to exploit the asymmetries and complementarities that are still little valued by cross-border territories, to accelerate innovation in crucial areas such as Food, Digital health and sustainable tourism.

DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR NETWORKING, EXCHANGE AND SYNERGIES
Creation of a platform that supports and promotes a stable system of networking, exchange of services and good practices, cross-border synergies, internationalisation in the EU-Med space among the realities that bring about social innovation
LEGISLATIVE REFORMS AND INSTITUTIONAL AWARENESS
Strengthening of the debate in Sicily and Malta on social enterprise legislation and the third sector aimed at improving legislation and institutional awareness
