When we’re busy trying to get things done, it is not difficult to forget to take care of ourselves properly. JCI Malta wants to help you break unhealthy habits via its 6-session Self-Care Course starting in April.
The third session of the course is titled Mindfulness & Self-Compassion and during this session we will provide an introduction to mindfulness practice, including the dispelling of some common myths. A small selection of practical exercises will help us link the concept with everyday embodied mindfulness practice.
