The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector will be hosting a training session dedicated to Volunteer Management. This session will be delivered by the MCVS CEO, Mauro Pace Parascandalo. Please find more details regarding the training below:

Participants in this training for voluntary organisations explore management strategies and volunteer coordination. Through this session, VOs will gain practical skills in fostering a safe and productive environment and maximizing volunteer engagement. This session focuses on leadership techniques, recruitment, and retention methods, equipping organisations to enhance their community impact. The training empowers organisations with essential knowledge to manage personnel and volunteers effectively.

Deadline to submit your registration is Thursday 13th June 2024 – noon. 

Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 20 participants, hence we encourage VOs to submit their application as soon as possible to secure your spot.
