Training Initiatives Scheme

The Training Initiatives Scheme (TIS) is a scheme by which members of voluntary organizations can obtain financial support for their training. The scheme contains two separate programmes, one for individuals who are members of Voluntary Organisations (VOs) to attend training, and the other at an organisational level for VOs. Eligible training can be either local or overseas in the case of individuals, while attendance can be either physical or online. All training must be either related specifically to the work of the VO in which one is active or related to volunteering in general.

This scheme is eligible for organisations registered as VO with the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations and their active members.
