The Karl Vella Foundation was established in May 2014 and was set up to promote the wellbeing of children in families dealing with an illness of an acute nature.
The Foundation provides support to children aged between 5 and 17 years and strives to maintain a sense of continuity in their lives by offering fee of charge educational and psychological assistance from the KVF Centre located in the President’s Kitchen Garden in Attard. The support takes place in the afternoons and includes help with HW, extracurricular activities and sessions with psychological professionals where needed.
We offer children different activities based on their age group such as craft making, music, drama and sports activities.
The Foundation is supported and staffed by a team of volunteers coming from all walks of life and industries.
