1.1          To be the focal point of the organisations for persons with disability, for those who work and provide  services for persons with disability  and also for the individuals who share the same objectives and aspirations of the Federation.

1.2          To create a discussion environment among its members with the intention to take action in favour of rights for and improving quality of life of persons with disability and their families.

1.3          To work for the Federation member organisations to continue to strenghten  structures and their services by giving its support to intitiatives for persons with disability, increase cooperation between organisations and spur new initiatives where these are lacking.

1.4          To represent this movement in favour of persons with disability wherever and with whoever has an influence which can improve the situation of persons with disability and their families.
