3.1 The Choir has the following objects:

a) To promote, improve and develop public appreciation of the art of music in all its aspects by the presentation to the public of choral and orchestral concerts and recitals, and by such other means as the Choir may decide upon from time to time;

b) To promote awareness and support for charitable and philanthropic institutions through the delivery of choral concerts, held with the main aim of raising financial and other aid for such organisations;

c) To achieve excellence in choral singing through continuous training and selection of challenging compositions;

d) To promote local choral talent overseas with a view to organising cultural exchanges with such groups for the promotion of Malta’s cultural and touristic identity;

e) To establish and foster a friendly relationship among Members of the Choir and those connected with it.
