VLT 450 Creative Hub is a registered VO within the Dominican community of Valletta. The aim of the organisation is to foster a sense of community through cultural and social projects. These activities include (but are not limited too) artistic events, sporting events, philanthropic events, research projects, and community projects. The organisation seeks to initiate a dialogue between its community and other communities and individuals. At the core of the organisation is a belief in the importance of holistic education.
