The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector is collaborating with Marco Ambrogio to provide 2 training sessions dedicated to Management and Capacity Building. Please find more details regarding the training below:

Content:
– To help VOs develop their strategic volunteer management skills, benchmark volunteering trends, recognise areas of expertise and gain support across the organisation. Additionally, to provide structures and tools for VOs to build their capacity to host projects, services and grow as an organisation.

Topics include: Strategic planning, Leadership development, Board development, Financial Management, Volunteer Management, Program evaluation, Communications, Collaboration and partnership building, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion.

Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers. Each training session will have an intake of a maximum of 30 participants, hence we encourage VOs to submit their application as soon as possible to secure your spot.
