After last year’s success and following the request from Voluntary Organisations, the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector invites your organisation to participate in Volunteer Organisations Coordinators’ Training 2013. This Training is open to those involved in the running and management of a voluntary organisation, committee members, team leaders etc. These training sessions will help you in the recruitment and management of volunteers, fund raising, public relations, finance and much more.
The Programme for the Training sessions is as follows:
1. Sustainability & Fundraising techniques 20th July 2013
2. Managing Volunteers and Staff 27th July 2013
3. Networking, Sharing of Practices and Ideas 7th September 2103
4. Governance – Finance and Legal 28th September 2013
5. Values, Ethics and Principles 12th October 2013
6. Communications, Fundraising and Campaigns 26th October 2013
All Sessions will be held on Saturdays between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm. at the EIE Institute of Education, Tal- Balal Road, San Gwann, SGN 9014. Applications and detailed information can be downloaded from the www.maltacvs.org. Participation for members of VO’s enrolled with the Commissioner is FREE. Non-enrolled VO’s have a registration fee of €20 per session per person. Individuals may apply for one or more of the sessions.
